Annual Reports




Information for Managers and Coaches

Manager's role and duties

Contact team members to inform them of training time
Collect outstanding fees and photos
Organise a roster for washing of shirts and bringing of oranges to the matches
Contact team members in the event of a ground change or wash out
Collect weekly newsletters from Greg Wark
Distribute a copy of the newsletter to players/parents
At season’s end write a report for the annual report
Coordinate your team’s assistance with fundraising activities
ON MATCH DAY:
Complete match card
Write a brief report of the game, including score, opposition, location, players who scored the goals, players who played well, how the overall match went, whether or not you had an official referee.
Deliver the report to Greg’s letterbox or email by the Saturday night (as the Club Secretary is required to phone results to the NSWCFA on Saturday night)

Coach's role and duties

Organise team training; a week day afternoon or evening at Granville Park
Organise player positions on the match day
Ensure game time for each player is fair and equitable
Attend Level One Coaching Course if practicable (the Club will sponsor)
